Outsourcing Association to be Founded in Central and Eastern Europe 0
To consolidate Outsourcing Associated bodies and associations of the Baltic States, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania, their resources and established Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association to promote (CEEOA) of CEE region as competitive alternative to other destinations global relocation and transfer to service quality and volumes under recognized standards to increase.
Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) are very small players in the global IT and business process outsourcing. Lack of international trade practices and skills of modern management by CEE vendors are among the factors keeping CEE region, significant opportunities presented by globalization to be created.
Therefore, trying to CEEOA considerable attention to the region as a location for offshore outsourcing to win, with thousands of qualified graduates coming onto the market each year. Service providers in these countries offer geographic proximity and the sustainability of cultural and linguistic affinities, economic and work continually to improve the ability to provide services and openness. The macroeconomic and political environment is stable, infrastructure is well developed.
Baltic Outsourcing Association (BOA), Ukrainian HI-Tech Initiative, Hungarian Outsourcing Association (HOA), Employers Association of Software and Services Industry (ANIS) from Romania and Bulgarian Web Association (BWA) joined forces to make better use of opportunities to make globalization and to promote the factors of competitiveness of Central and Eastern Europe to capture much of the global market for IT and business process outsourcing (offshoring) services. CEEOA Emphasis is placed on all service areas, not only IT, BPO and high tech industries considered to be important to outsourcing as a phenomenon is not only in the industry. CEEOA is an open platform for all organizations and professional associations in the region who are willing to join, or contrubute to achieve their goals.
CEEOA working as independent professional advice on the basis of a partnership network – its primary purpose is to create, develop, and (a positive image and communicate the key value proposition-s) in the region of Central and Eastern Europe as a competitive alternative to other global computer business and manufacturing outsourcing destinations.
The association strives to cover the domestic market, where outsourcing as a useful tool for companies from different industries in the region of Central and Eastern Europe are encouraged to develop. Other objectives are to promote transparent business environment and the creation of regional and international networks in Eastern Europe will be built on the promise of business value, delivering products and quality services at fair prices to show the passage of time and the building powerful economic relations, technical and social relations between members CEEOA and free competition, improve business viabilities and services delivery capabilities of service providers in Central and Eastern Europe to promote the development and introduction of science intensive technologies to the development of information society in all to encourage countries in Central and Eastern Europe, will need to increase the level of cooperation between the Government, to ensure that businesses and universities students acquire the skills that business.
CEEOA intends to achieve these goals with the use of various tools of marketing communication, PR, ATL and BTL activities and the creation of standardized certification of the qualifications of the provider. In addition to the initiation of the investigations are still underway to follow the main indicators of outsourcing, political, economic, and characteristics of the investment benefits, the union wants to preserve the value assigned to the network of relationships with partner organizations, industry, trade and industry and professional associations globally while creating a single information flow promoting and sharing best practices, expert information and results of research, services and innovative solutions in the outsourcing industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association has already been the project ITONews.eu (http://itonews.eu) – information platform, the main objective, to the flow of information between the EEC countries and serve as a place to establish the place of meeting between service providers and outsourcing clients. Also a look at the research “Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Review ‘2007″ has been conducted under the auspices of the CEEOA, where information about the IT markets in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, outsourcing can be found.
